So you can make actual progress whilst identifying & fulfilling your potential


A 3 month, 6 session programme which is for you if you're pretty clear on what you want but need to get things started.  You might:​

  • Be ready to change jobs/companies but want to exit well and move onto something that makes you feel fulfilled and/or is more aligned with who you are

  • Have a few ideas of where you want to go/what you want to be but need a sounding board/challenger to thrash them out

  • Know exactly what you want to do and where you want to go but need support sorting through, prioritising & refining all the actions

  • Want to build up/re-build your confidence and self-belief either to perform better or in preparation for a move


The exact details obviously depends on what we're working on.  But at a top level:

  • We CLARIFY what you've already worked out for yourself, get everything out on the table so we can take a clear look at all the options you think you've got

  • We REFINE the options - we make sure you've explored multiple angles and assessed each option enough to feel confident in any decisions you make off the back of this

  • You create an ACTION plan that is realistic so you can gain momentum and feel motivated.  We might loop back for some things but ultimately, it's about getting the ball rolling and making sure it keeps rolling in the direction you want it to


Before you decide to work with me on this programme, we have a 30min intro chat so we can both understand better what's going on and how coaching can help.

Then we have a longer (90mins) first session so we have time to get everything out on the table & get things moving from the get go. Subsequent sessions are 60mins each.

You'll leave each session with things to do, tasks, actions - and I'll hold you accountable to them!  We'll keep in touch via e-mail/WhatsApp between sessions too.


What you get out of it is totally dependent on what you put into it.  Coaching only really works when the client is willing to put the work in.  But - when you do, you'll walk away with:

  • Clarity: around what you actually want & what's stopping you getting there

  • Identity: knowing who you are and what you uniquely have to offer

  • Momentum: moving towards your clearly defined goal with clear mini-steps to get you there

  • Belief: confidence, self-belief that you can get to where you want to get to

  • Road-mapeverything that was jumbling around in your head will be nicely laid out, easy & exciting to follow
