I work with my clients to design the shape/form they want their career/business to take. From there, we work out each fold - when and how they should be made. We might have to unfold and re-fold sometimes but that's OK. We know that every fold contributes to the end result and most importantly, my clients feel in control and every decision is a conscious one.
Why is this important? It's important because when you feel in control and decisions are thought through, it creates a powerful spark of motivation. Being able to see the bigger picture and how you'll get there creates momentum. It means you feel good doing what you do. It means you thrive by having a sense of purpose and feeling fulfilled.

It can feel important but not as important as a WHOLE load of other stuff. It's very easy to put off. Unlike cake. Cake is not easy to put off.
